Next, complete the Permission Slip for Outings and the Media Consent Form. These allow us to engage safely with the world and celebrate your creative journey.

3. Final Waiver

Finally, review and sign the Waiver of Liability. All forms must be submitted to participate in our programs. We are here to support you through every step of this process.
